Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time within the United States is 6–9 business days after your order has been processed.
Total estimated delivery time:
1–3 business days processing + 6–9 business days shipping.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at elpokis6969@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
