Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return requests must be approved before items are sent back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was received

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at elpokis6969@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used

If you have questions about your item’s eligibility, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must still meet the eligibility conditions outlined above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged item.
